Roofers are independent. Roofers who receive referrals run their own businesses. We don't employ, supervise or guarantee them, and we don't check their PPRBD license or insurance for you. Before you hire anyone, look up their license on pprbd.org, ask for proof of insurance and get a written contract signed by both of you.

Information on the site. Costs, rules and storm history on these pages are general information drawn from public sources, and they can change. They are not a quote, a legal opinion or insurance advice.

Using the site fairly. Please give accurate details on forms, and don't send a request about someone else's property without their permission. Don't copy, scrape or try to disrupt the site.

Limits of liability. The site is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from work done by a roofer you hired. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Colorado consumer law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. We may change them, and the date below shows the current version.
